Our Taekwondo class is based on learning Taekwondo martial arts, with the core being to cultivate the mind and cultivate character; the goal is to temper the will, cultivate a strong and unyielding spirit, train children to have good etiquette and morality, and learn the spirit of sports.
Course content:
Basic Taekwondo etiquette, basic attack and defense movements, horse stance, leg techniques, etc.
All-round development (discipline, muscle strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, etc.)
Help children adapt to the group and learn to cooperate with others, love each other, help each other and live in harmony
Taekwondo terminology (including Korean commands, simple greetings, movement terms, etc.)
